LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice cares for children with life limiting conditions and their families. We look after children (birth to 18 years) by providing transitional care, home support, respite, crisis and end-of-life care.
Our team is dedicated to the highest standards of care for children. To fulfill our vision and strategy that all children who need us can access us – we now wish to grow our team by recruiting for:
CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER I
The CNM 1 will provide clinical leadership to a designated nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality nursing care to children/young people with life limiting conditions and their families. They will assist the CNM 2 in the development, planning, co-ordination and day-to-day management of their unit.
CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER III
The CNM 3 will ensure the effective co-ordination and management of activities and resources within the nursing department, with a focus on resource management, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership in consultation with the Director of Nursing.
PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT/CLINICAL PLACEMENT CO-ORDINATOR
The Practice Development Lead/Clinical Placement Co-Ordinator will work as a senior professional promoting excellence in Paediatric Palliative care, contributing to the provision of education and practice development, ensuring that the nursing and clinical team are supported to continually update knowledge and service and co-ordinating clinical placements. The PDL/CPC will work in consultation with the Director of Nursing and with close collaboration with the Head of Education & Research in LauraLynn.
