How much do eCards cost??
You can send as many eCards as you like for a minimum charge of €2. However, if you would like to make a donation of anther value you can select your chosen amount prior to sending, and you’ll be taken through to our secure donation form.
Most people donate the amount of money they would have spent on postage and stationary.
Can I send to a large list of email addresses??
There is no limit to the amount of email addresses you can include for distribution.
Why didn't my eCard reach my recipient yet??
- During periods with high volumes of activity, you and your recipient may experience a delay receiving your eCard and confirmation. Please don’t worry as your card is safely on it’s way.
- This can occur if sent to out-of-date email accounts that are no longer active. Some workplaces also have strict policies regarding receiving only known email sender addresses and will have a firewall on their server to stop all other emails. Sometimes web email addresses are temporarily unavailable because the mailbox is too full, or because the mail server is too busy.
- Ask your recipient to check their junk email folder. While we do our best to ensure our emails are delivered, we cannot guarantee this as it varies depending on providers’ settings. If your mail provider doesn’t recognise the sender it may go automatically in this folder. Most emails will remain in their junk folder for about seven days, though again it may depend on their mailbox and/or provider’s settings. If sending to a workplace email address, your recipient could ask their IT department if the email was blocked, and if so, to release it.
- If none of the above is the case please contact the team at email@example.com and we will look into this for you
Can I upload a logo or an image to my eCard??
No unfortunately we don’t have this capability, however we are looking at implementing this in the future. If you are with a company and looking for a corporate branded eCard or corporate overprinting please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
