Lauralynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice provides palliative care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. There are approximately 4000 children living with a life-limiting condition in Ireland today and 350 of these children pass away each year, most within their first year of life.
CEO of LauraLynn, Sharon Morrow said: “We would really encourage anyone attending the Irish Open this Thursday and Friday to pop in to the Pavilion and meet some of the LauraLynn Team and families. I want to thank Rory McIlroy, and his team at the Foundation, for the wonderful work they are doing for really worthy causes, and for selecting us along with two other great children’s charities. It is a major endorsement of all the work of everyone at LauraLynn”.
