FAQs - 100 Skips a Day in September
Could you do 100 Skips a Day in September and help to raise funds for children with life-limiting conditions and their families?
It’s a tough challenge, but it’ll help LauraLynn provide vital care, while keeping you healthy too!
By joining the LauraLynn '100 Skips a Day Challenge', you’ll be making an incredible difference to the lives of the children in our care.
We have created a Facebook Group here of people like you who are doing this challenge. Join it to see how they’re getting on!
Any questions? Take a look at the FAQs below, or email Cathy & Ciara on challenges@lauralynn.ie
The challenge is to complete 100 skips a day in the month of September all while raising funds for LauraLynn Children’s Hospice.
The challenge is to complete 100 Skips every day however if you miss a day don't worry – you can always catch up the next day.
That’s easy! You can use the personal tracker in the leaflet which comes in your pack, just write down how many skips you do at the end of each day. Don’t forget to post in the Facebook Group here too and let us know how you’re doing!
Some smart watches have skipping counters but if you don't want to go high tech I find the best way to keep track is to count along in your head then write it down in your tracker.
As part of this challenge, you will be asked to set up a '100 Skips A Day' iDonate Fundraising Page for LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice where you can post your skips daily. These pages are linked to LauraLynn and we’ll be able to see your progress.

Each pack comes with one Skipping Rope, you shouldn't need another one. If someone else is taking part in this challenge with you get them to email us at challenges@lauralynn.ie
