1) As the submitter of this photo, it is your responsibility to ensure that all photos you upload are your original works and intellectual property. You must hold all legal rights from the artist or photographer to submit this photo, and you personally accept any responsibility in regards to the posting of this photo. 

2) If the photo is of an adult you have their permission to post this photo to the Library of LauraLynn Moments Photo Wall If the photo is of a minor child, you have both the permission of the child AND the parent/guardian to post the photo. 

3) All photos posted to the Library of LauraLynn Moments Photo Wall must be relevant to LauraLynn and family friendly. 

4) No advertising or promotional image files will be approved.   

5) Posting on the Library of LauraLynn Moments Photo Wall is a free service and you may not hold LauraLynn responsible should someone take the photo from the Library of LauraLynn Moments Photo Wall site and post it illegally elsewhere. 

6) LauraLynn may use any photo for to use or for display in the hospice, in marketing support materials, annual reviews, presentations, newsletters / ezines and on the LauraLynn website and social media platforms.
