LauraLynn recently welcomed their Gold (DCC PLC) and Silver (SMBC Aviation Capital) Heroes Ball sponsors as well as those sponsoring Heroes Tables to the Children’s Hospice to learn more about the impact of their sponsorship and to help launch the 2023 LauraLynn Heroes Ball.
The Heroes Ball takes place on Saturday, March 4th at The Round Room in the Mansion House, Dublin 2. Now in its sixth year the night has become known as the most exciting Charity Ball in the calendar.
The Heroes Ball Table Sponsorship is a new opportunity for LauraLynn’s corporate partners to attend the Ball and support the fundraising in a combined package.
Claire Shiels corporate fundraiser at LauraLynn commented: “We are thrilled with the interest in the Heroes Ball Sponsorship packages this year, and from both past and present corporate partners as well as new supporters and friends of LauraLynn. We are so grateful to our new Heroes Sponsors as well as our longstanding Gold Sponsor DCC plc and Silver Sponsor SMBC Aviation Capital.”
The visit to LauraLynn gave sponsors a special insight into the impact their sponsorship, the importance of the Ball as a fundraiser, and in raising awareness of the services the hospice offers. This support makes a huge difference to children with life-limiting conditions and their families who rely on the services of LauraLynn.
LauraLynn care is provided free of charge for children and families. LauraLynn receives some core statutory state funding but relies primarily on fundraised income to fund its hospice services. The Heroes Ball is a key date in the fundraising calendar for LauraLynn.
A huge thanks to our sponsors DCC plc (Gold), SMBC Aviation Capital (Silver) and our Heroes Table sponsors Equinix, Matt Britton, ARUP, askpaul, HomeSecure, Síol Foundation and Citi for helping to make our Ball a huge success, and we look forward to welcoming them and all our guests to the Heroes Ball in March.
