It’s been a long and challenging couple of months for our children and families but we are delighted to say that from Monday, August 10th, we will be resuming routine respite at our hospice for our families.
We cannot wait to see our families again but as we begin to resume this service it is important that the public continue to follow all public health advice and remain vigilant to help us keep our families safe as they start to return to services.
Today, the HSE has launched a ‘Living with COVID Pack’ to help us remember the things we can all continue to do to keep safe as we begin to resume service.
We all know the messages, because we have heard them so often but let’s all continue;
- Cleaning our hands
- Keeping our distance
- Wearing face coverings
- Covering our coughs and sneezes
- Using the COVID Tracker app
We know it’s been a tough couple of months for the children and families we support and we are looking forward to welcoming them back over the coming weeks!
